Decent volleyballs

These volleyballs are definitely hard when you first get them. They need break in time, so expect to have stinging forearms at the beginning. That said, once they start to soften, they were what we were looking for. We have a serving machine that requires white, full leather volleyballs and these fit the bill. Good for that purpose, but wouldn't recommend for regular play.

Terrific OUTDOOR ball!

My team of teenagers practices in sand but plays indoors. The soft cover outdoor balls we were using punctured upon minimal contact with anything like a sticker, and, the covers were very prone to scuffs and tears. We needed a quality ball with a DENSE cover to resist punctures -- leather provided that as I thought it would. Here in southern AZ, the conditions are dry, so the balls do not suffer from the effects of wetness and humidity, whatever they may be. Going into our 3rd season, the 8 balls we have look almost brand new. The sales staff cautioned me against using them outside, as they should have, but they do not understand how our dry environment preserves things. I am not surprised with the results, but I am VERY pleased with how well the balls have held up. I am buying 2 more to round out the total to 10. Lastly, these balls are used very hard and remarkably, I have yet to add any air to any of them over 2 seasons. If you play in a fairly dry environment, these will serve you well, and I have no reason to believe they would not be excellent hard court balls.
