Works well if you have adjustable hoop

Otherwise limited in ability to adjust height. Easy to use and set up otherwise. Low profile and practical.

My daughters are really enjoying the Spike Pal. It works well! For younger girls it would be nice if the bungy cord was a bit longer, but we made it work! Good quality and shipping was fast!

This was exactly what I was looking for in terms of training middle school players. These easily attach to just about anything as the clip is large and easy to get on and off. The ball fits snug and latches in with Velcro straps. These trainers transport easily as I work with players at different levels in different schools. Nice price based on comparisons from other sites.

We ordered the spike ball and my daughter loves it. It was defective and broke within the first week. Emailed the company and they sent a new one immediately.

Just what I needed

Since there isn't anywhere to play any volleyball right now I needed something that could help me still get some hitting reps in. I can tell this is probably made more for kids to train, due to the fact that I had to make some adjustments to it so make it more of a challenge for me to hit. Overall though this is a great product and I love it.
