My players love this piece of training equipment and are learning a lot on arm angles and hand placement. We also use it to practice pressing on the block, and while it is bouncing around, we practice hand eye coordination. This is one of their favorite parts of practice. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that at least once or twice it comes undone from whatever we tie it to. So, I will be experimenting with ways to keep it from untying on one side or the other lol.

I love this ball for so many different reasons, it makes practicing my approach and spike so simple. Its great that you don't have to chase the ball around around the court, it makes repetition so easy. I also like that the elastic bands will tie onto just about anything. Would recommend to anyone!

This ball is great for using during practice and can also be helpful to use at home by yourself. My girls have their ball tied up to the poles in the basement and it works perfectly. I think that it works best if you tie it to two poles horizontally but it also can be tied up diagonally. All in all this is a great product, I am very pleased.
