Customer service alone would cause me to use this site again.The volleyball I purchased was for my high school freshman granddaughter. She prefers Molten because of the location of seams and the overall softness (feel) of the ball. Both factors aid in passing. I liked all the color combinations. Unfortunately, my first three choices were out of stock. Customer service helped me navigate between a practice ball and a tournament ball as well as quickly cut the search for what colors were available.
